Community Trainer Skills |
This course consists of one unit and delivered at level 2 with 3 credits award. The course can be delivered in one full or 2 ½ days.
This course is designed for people who have some skills or are new or to the training field or who have had no formal training and would benefit from understanding the art of training, coaching and mentoring. The course will equip attendees with key skills of course planning, preparation, style of delivey, assessment and evaluation.
